1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the digital platforms engineered by VoidX (including Aktive AI, VoidX Academy, and The Gist House), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue using our software products and services.
2. Academic Integrity (Aktive AI)
Aktive AI is designed strictly as an educational tutor, research companion, and study accelerator. It is not intended as a tool for academic dishonesty or policy violations. You agree to use the service to enhance conceptual understanding. Users are solely responsible for complying with their institution's honor code.
3. Platform Conduct & Arena Rules
VoidX Academy and sandbox environments are built for engineering education. You are strictly prohibited from launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, automated brute-forcing, or exploiting underlying cloud infrastructure. Abuse of system parameters will result in immediate permanent account termination.
4. AI Limitations & Output Verification
While our platforms integrate state-of-the-art Large Language Models, AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Users should independently verify critical formulas, code snippets, and data prior to production deployment or academic examinations.
5. Subscriptions, Fair Use & Intellectual Property
Premium tier subscriptions are billed in accordance with displayed plans and are non-refundable unless specified by law. Fair use rate limits are enforced to prevent server abuse. VoidX retains all intellectual property rights to our proprietary platforms, branding, and orchestration systems.
